stare decisis; No matter how many meeting they do , it will change nothing. Any expunge order will create a binding precedent . I do not think court will create more problem by creating a binding precedent. Awami League Government already created too many self defeating precedents , I do not believe court want to punish Awami League by creating more precedent which automatically will force the court to expunge other observation.
